How the service is accessed
Compumeal is a digital online service. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
- The service is used in a web browser at https://compumeal.com — there is nothing to download or install.
- Customers register at compumeal.com/signup and sign in at compumeal.com/login with an email address and password.
- Subscriptions and credit packs are activated on the customer's account immediately after the payment provider confirms payment, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on the account.
- A modern web browser and an internet connection are the only requirements.
- Customers who cannot access their account can reset their password from the sign-in page or email [email protected].

Payments
Card payments on this site are processed by our payment provider. Compumeal does not receive or store your full card details.
All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). The total amount payable is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

Dispute resolution
Please contact us first at [email protected] — most billing and access issues are resolved directly and quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, clause 15.7 of the Terms and Conditions applies: these terms are governed by Lebanese law and disputes are referred to the competent courts of Beirut, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection available under the law of their own country of residence.
Customers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
